From Words of Worth to Ceretivity, and the journey along the way …
Once upon a time … a long, long time ago … a young woman, fresh out of uni 🏫 , started her career at a recruitment firm (Discovering People) owned by an inspiring female leader. The young woman dreamed of having a business of her own one day, and in time, she created the writing and editing agency: Words of Worth.
Words of Worth …
The young woman worked very, very hard, and over 5 years she grew that little agency into a small business she was proud of 💫 … making lots of amazing friends and connections along the way.
But … something was missing. The young woman felt like she had more to learn from the corporate world. She wanted more experience under her belt that she could offer back to her clients 🤝 .
Working in the UK …
So … the young woman travelled far, far away, to a land of castles 🏰 and snow ❄️, and learnt from sage leaders in marketing, campaign management, content, PR and communications. She called the CIPD, The Adecco Group, and Cezanne HR home, and she developed into a marketing professional with many strings to her bow.
Editor, Senior Account Director and Comms Manager …
Flying back to sunny Aust in the early 2020s 🌞, she enjoyed opportunities in content marketing; then editing and launching a brand new HR publication (HR Leader). She worked agency-side, sharpening her business acumen, with Crafted Writing; and she honed her internal comms skills at Aware Super… but the time had come…
As all good stories go, life had come full circle. A new venture was brewing. AI was on the rise, and it was time to adapt.
And so Ceretivity was born!💡
